How we work.
We focus on two operating modes: ⦿ We explore our own in-house ideas with fast iterations, hunting the product-market-fit; OR: ⦿ We partner with businesses that already have well-defined pain-points and work together to create a product that addresses them; In both modes the steps are roughly the same.

Scout
We look for a problem that is real, that people pay to solve, and that current tools handle badly. Sometimes we find it ourselves. Sometimes a partner brings it to us from inside their business.

Test
We build a PoC to validate we can solve the problem, and a demo to test the market. If the signal is strong, we explore further. If it is weak, we stop there or pivot based on the results. A partner's network, operational wisdom, and insights are invaluable at this stage.

Build
We build the product in short cycles, with working software at the end of each one. The partner plays a center role shaping the product and acting as the sandbox that provide real-life use of the product with real data, and real feedback.

Ship
We release and measure results. When a solution is built together with a partner, it becomes an independent product that we take to market together.
